Workshop Dutch Design Week | 2010
This workshop during the Dutch Design Week 2010 offered the opportunity of conducting research to a ten year old plan of Peter Eisenman for the railway zone in Eindhoven. The design team envisioned the railway embankment as a linking element in the city, rather than a disruption of the urban field. For this purpose noticeable architecture, for which the design concept was derived from the different speed levels in this transportation zone, was implemented.
